Your Support Matters Very Much!
Citizens Allied for Integrity and Accountability is an Idaho nonprofit corporation with federal 501(c)3 status. We are a strong, all-volunteer grassroots association of people who have committed much time and personal resources to educating the public on hydrocarbon industry-related issues that will affect us. This includes promoting truly protective ordinances at the county and city level in Idaho. >See this page< for our Model Oil & Gas Ordinance + accompanying information.
C.A.I.A. has also defended property owners unwillingly being force-pooled (forced to lease to a gas/oil company) in Idaho’s first applications for “integration” of mineral rights owners. >See this page< for info about our lawsuit against the State of Idaho.
And C.A.I.A. is one of 5 intervenors in the Idaho P.U.C. case of multinational corporation Suez Water’s attempt to buy the Eagle Water Company, which would, among other negatives, entail rate hikes for Suez customers all over the Treasure Valley. Plus we are adding our voice to counter the City of Boise’s attempt to dump its treated sewage effluent into the wide-reaching Farmers Union Canal.
