Hello – I’m hoping that you would be willing to help us spread the word about our org’s Idaho lawsuit that is intended to set a new precedent in states’ handling of forced pooling of private property owners for the oil & gas industry. We expect that a win (which our constitutional attorney is sanguine about) would make it much less attractive to do business in now-easily-force-pooled communities – which we see as striking a major blow against the usual greased-chute dealings between states and O&G companies. C.A.I.A. (Citizens Allied for Integrity and Accountability, a 501c3) is at the halfway point in the legal suit (https://integrityandaccountability.org/2017/06/23/caia-lawsuit/), and we are now needing to reach out to others through a crowdfunding campaign to get us through to the end.
We would be grateful if you could put a post on your FB page about our situation (better yet, of course, an email if you have an O&G-related email list, since not everyone will see a FB post) – and share with any other like-minded folks you know. Here is a post you might like to use as a basis – https://www.facebook.com/search/top/?q=caia+lawsuit+david+halfway – which includes the Fundrazr.com campaign URL: https://fundrazr.com/davidinidaho Many, many thanks for your help! – Sherry Gordon, CAIA secretary (firstname.lastname@example.org)
